The Meaningful application offers subscription plans for certain features. These subscriptions will be automatically renewed on a regular basis, as specified in the subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings and selecting the cancel subscription option. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of the current subscription period. The developer reserves the right to change the subscription plans and fees at any time.

The developer does not warrant that the Meaningful application, its servers, or e-mail sent from the developer are free of viruses or other harmful components. The developer will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Meaningful application, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Meaningful application shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. These Terms and your use of the Meaningful application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
